The Team at YourLife™ of Stuart Memory Care
Winsome McLeod, Executive Director
With significant experience in senior living, serving in such varied roles as Executive Director, Assisted Living Director and Health Care Coordinator, she brings expertise to her role. But Winsome offers our community much more than business acumen. Her nursing degree and Doctoral degree in Ministry bring compassion, caring and purpose to our community – qualities we truly value and appreciate. A Certified Dementia Practitioner®, Winsome understands the unique care that our residents deserve and helps shape this community as more than a place to live. It is a loving, compassionate and vibrant place to call home!
Danielle Buck, Director of Community Relations
Danielle brings 20 years of sales experience to her Director of Community Relations role at YourLife™ of Stuart Memory Care; many of those years were spent in senior living. As such, Danielle understands the unique responsibility we have our residents and families. She understands that one size does not fit all, and that memory care requires careful, personal solutions. She enjoys working closely with families, talking with them and getting a deep understanding of their loved one’s needs, as well as their own expectations. To her, this is more than a sales position. This is an opportunity to help those living with memory loss find a place that can enhance their lives through care and purpose; and a chance to help families find peace of mind.
Esther Churchey, Life Engagement Director
Esther has been working as a Program Director for over 20 years, where she has created and implemented a culture that will benefit those that she is charged with serving. She has provided proven life-enriching activities, events, experiences and interactions for several organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Martin and St. Lucie County. She has bridged the gaps and connected seniors with children, while matching their needs in a way that everyone wins. She has brought clients to culturally diverse areas of the community and has brought the resources of the community to clients. She pledges to forge a bond, a culture and a program that will benefit all residents.
